On September 26, the 2016 Huishan Workers' Vocational Skills Competition started at the training base of Huishan Secondary Vocational School. Our legendary assembly shop Yan Legend and metalworking shop Wei Yong stood out in the preliminary competition. As the representative of Yangshan Town, they participated in the Huishan District Workers' Vocational Skills Competition, and both won third prizes.

According to the needs of Huishan District's industry concentration and industrial development, and in line with the principle of docking with the city's vocational skills competition, this year's vocational skills competition for employees in the district will mainly set up three major competitions: turners, assembly fitters, and NC turners. A fierce battle was fought in the two arenas of practice and theory. For all types of skills competitions that meet the requirements of national occupation standards or industry standards for senior workers, the District Federation of Trade Unions will request the human society department to issue a corresponding level of professional qualification certificate to open the skills competition and professional qualification promotion.
